Wine Making

inot Grigio’s grapes are among the first to be harvested. The bunches are destemmed and pressed very gently in order to extract only the most valuable components of the berries. The must is left to decant statistically at a low temperature and the clear goes through the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18. 
Afterwards the wine is kept in vitrified cement tanks in contact with the fine lees in order to ensure a positive evolution of the aromas and a better structure.

Tasting Notes

In the glass the wine shows a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. 
Fruity and floral notes typical of this grape variety are perceived together with pleasant mineral sensations which give more complexity to the nose. In the mouth is warm and crisp, with a good structure and an excellent balance.
